Overview
The clinical team of uveitis service comprises of three uveitis-trained ophthalmologists, namely; (Dr. Mominul Islam – Head of Uvea Dept, Dr. Mohammad Ibn Malek, Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Das). All of them are well experienced and bears excellent academic and research activities. The department is headed by Dr. Mominul Islam.
Uveitis is the inflammation of middle vascular coat of eye and may be due to multiple immune, infectious and malignant causes. All sorts of uveitis patients, from simple to complex, are given treatment. the clinic serves as a referral center for uvea patients.
